'unique blend of nutrition and psychology'

With my unique blend of nutrition and psychology training I provide clients with an integrative mind-body approach to health.

I am practicing nutritional therapist, member of NTOI, specialising in areas of mental health, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders and post natal depression.

I also lecture at the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health and supervise students in their clinical practice.

However, my main challenge is providing cost & time effective nourishing meals that are enjoyed by all three of my children!

My membership with Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI) and my passion for learning means regularly attending CPD training with leaders in the industry such as Dr Rangan Chatterjee, Antony Haynes, Deanna Minnich, William Walsh, Dr Tom O'Bryan, Benjamin Brown ND and many more
